Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened and in their original packaging; due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables unless they are faulty.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a return authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include a note with your order details to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
